Documents for University
When you have all the Documents in right way you are already admitted to your dream University.
Below are the document that you should carry on the day you visit your university for the first time. Make a checklist of the documents to Crosscheck.

Documents Required
- Printout of the online application submitted to the university along with a photograph attached to it; the picture should be the one used for your Student Visa.
- Identification Document: Passport issued from your home country is very important to validate your identity.
- Visa and Residential Permit documents - For confirmation of your legalized stay in Poland.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree certificate and grade mark sheets of all semesters properly apostilled, to make the documents legal in Poland.
- If you have all documents in a language other than Polish language, then a Sworn translation is required. You can do this after landing in Poland.
- Transcripts of Bachelor's or Master's grades if the documents are in another language than Polish, again Sworn translation of transcripts is required.
- Documents to prove English language proficiency or documents proving your past education was taught in English.
- Medical fitness certificate confirming your health and fitness level to be able to undertake your studies.
- Illness and accident insurance policy for the time of studying in Poland, European Health Insurance Card or confirmation of insurance.
- One set of photocopy of all the documents mentioned above.

Identity document - Passport to confirm your identity issued from your country.
Visa and residential permit documents for confirmation of your legalised stay in Poland.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree certificate and grade sheets of all sems properly apostilled ( makes your documents legal in Poland).
If the documents issued from your college are in language other than Polish then a Sworn translation (or translation confirmed by the Polish Consulate) of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree certificate and grade sheets.This step can be done after landing in Poland.
Transcript of your grades from your Bachelor’s or Master’s. If the document language is other than Polish, Then Sworn translation ( translation confirmed by the Polish Consulate) of Transcript of your grades from your Bachelor’s or Master’s.
Document confirming knowledge of the English language (IELTS, GRE) or a document showing your previous education was taught in English.
Medical fitness certificate issued from Doctor of your country confirming health fitness to undertaking studies in the chosen field.(Sworn translated if the document is in other than Polish.
Illness and accident insurance policy for the time of studying in Poland, European Health Insurance Card or confirmation of insurance.
One set of Photocopy of all the documents mentioned above.
